Sean John
Sean John is a clothing line founded in 1998 by hip-hop mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs. The name of the label comes from the first and middle names of Combs (It should be noted that they, in fact, mean the same thing. Therefore it's really John John). more...

One of the most successful fashion brands started by a celebrity, and arguably the most famous in rap alongside others such as Phat Farm, the popular clothing resulted in Combs being named Best Menswear Designer of 2004 by the prestigious Council of Fashion Designers.
Faces of and models representing the brand include Combs himself, rappers T.I., Fabolous, The Game, basketball star Dwayne Wade, and most famously supermodel Tyson Beckford.
In 2006, Sean John also launched its first fragrance, a men's scent called 'Unforgivable' manufactured by Estée Lauder. The fragrance became a big hit; sales were over 200% beyond expectations, and in less than two months, it displaced Giorgio Armani's Acqua di Giò as the top-selling men's fragrance in the United States. Unforgivable has also recently been launched in Europe to yet unmeasured success, and a women's version will be introduced in the US this fall.
Sean John is mainly sold at Macy's, a major department store. There is also a Sean John store located at 475 Fifth Ave in New York City, and recent openings in late 2006, Sean John Factory Outlets in Las Vegas and Sawgrass, FL.
In late 2006, after allegations of raccoon dog fur being used in two styles of jackets, Sean John together with Macy's, pulled all of the garments from the department stores where this product was shipped.1
